FIDELITY ADT - Utterly useless

FIDELITY ADT , Battery only last max 2 hours, every time we have load shedding the battery runs flat and when the power goes up they phone and send out a guard because the alarm was activated. What dont you understand ADT, It Is not an alarm activation if there is no power!!!! And then you charge additional for every call out that I did not authorize, this is just away to make more money, extra R300 a month on top of the R560 FOR WHATTTTTT ! Come install a battery that actuality last more that 8 hours seeing we being load shedded 27/7 or cancel my contact. Customer service is the worst speaking to *********** people , they have no clue.
