Fidelity ADT utterly USELESS

It is with such a broken heart and utter disgust that I am sharing the story of my brother's house being ******, while ADT security doesn't respond and only arrive at the scene same time as my brother who still had to drive from Jeppe (his work) to Protea Glen Ext 20 Volga street (his burgled house). Is ADT the ********* or are they working hand in hand with the *********??? Because my brother was called by a neighbour, witnessing the burglar climbing out my brother's window with a huge plasma TV!!! Really???
