Fidelity ADT the most pathetic security company.

Contrary to the advert that Fidelity ADT plays about Val Baartman being the most caring leader in the security business, Fidelity ADT is the most pathetic security company one can ever join. Recently I had a break in at my property in East London. This was on 01:44 on Monday 23 May 2023. Despite me calling and informing the Monitoring Centre of what was happening, which they surely were also seeing as the app kept updating that the person/people violated the lounge door magnet, then was in the lounge, the passage and then the main bedroom, they never informed the armed response of the urgency of the situation. This was confirmed by the security officer on my arrival in East London 2 days later. As a consequence of this failure, the reaction unit "didn't prioritize my alarm breach" which led them arriving 40 minutes later when the ******* had looted my house. As to how they knew there was no one in the a house with very high walls and sealed gates is another issue is another very interesting issue. It is only ADT what knows there is no one in the house. Because there are no blinds on the sliding doors, it seemed like someone directed them exactly where to go and what to take as they went straight for the aluminium door that was standing against the lounge wall and leaving lawn mowers, SDS drills and grinders that were lying on the floor. They also stole a fuel tank, heavy duty extension chord and gate motor rack that I was to use when installing a gate motor for another gate. With regards to the main gate they used for access: the CCTV footage (which is not linked to ADT) shows that they just slid the gate open, as if someone already did the damage to the gate motor prior. They then reversed their car in before breaking the front sliding door and started looting. The fact that the alarm was going on didn't stop them for spending a whole 15 minutes inside, as if they knew that Fidelity ADT was not going to get there anytime soon. I must mention that the Fidelity ADT armed response vehicle parks literally less than 5 minutes drive from my house, but it took ADT 40 minutes to get there. Now tonight I called their Monitoring Center at exactly 21:32 and asked the lady that answered about what is going on with their App. She told me of power failure on my house, which was true, but I don't see how that relates to the App as the alarm is still up running on a backup battery and I am in the house with the internet fully running from my pocket router which I am also using sending this very review. She then asked me to hold and put me on hold for more than 5 minutes until her colleague responded as if it was a new call. So in essence I had to start the whole issue afresh with the other lady indicating that she doesn't understand why I was put on hold. In short, Fidelity ADT is the most pathetic security service which doesn't appreciate even the 15 years some of us have been with them from the time they were just ADT. Very shameful!
