Fidelity ADT security poor service

Im dissapointed in the service im receiving from fidelity Adt security company, few months ago i received a email stating that they will now start charging a fuel levy on my account i understood, yesterday i received an email invoicing me an amount of R902 for unnecessary response for the month of June we had many load sheddings and the alarm battery would run low resulting in them calling me and with me not being home i always tell them to respond, i mean its their job to respond, now they charging for that, what about the months where there's not a single incident they dont refund me they are unprofessional really and want to milk a person dry i wouldn't recommend this security services to anyone.
