Fidelity ADT quick to take your money but slow to attend to customer complaints

Fidelity ADT is the most useless and *********** security services EVER! I cancelled my services in February 2023. They continue to debit my account every month despite me having proof of the cancellation email I was requested to send. I have called every month since April to enquire and every time I'm met by an *********** call center agent that either ends my call or puts me on hold for more than 30 minutes. I can't comprehend how useless their customer service is. Don't bother asking to speak to a manager because they never want to deal with customer complaints. Useless useless useless
