Fidelity ADT Pretoria Worst Service

Fidelity ADT Pretoria worst experience ever from Sales personnel JJ Stephens and Portia from Finance Team Pretoria. I met up with JJ on the 20th of May to enquire for outside beams and on the 22nd of May I made a deposit payment. Beams were meant to be installed 2-3 days after payment I waited a week and followed up and I was told my beams would be installed the coming week on the 2nd of June, the 2nd of June came and no technician was sent. Wednesday the 3rd of June I cancelled my order and requested refund which I am still waiting for to this day. I follow up everyday with the call centre with no avail, even tried to reach out to JJ Stephens he does not pick up my calls or respond to my emails and also emailed Portia Pta Credit Controller who cut my phone several times and does not respond to my emails.
