Fidelity ADT not so security conscious!

<p>ADT has been worse than useless in handling our business. Firstly they installed an indoor sensor in an outside courtyard which keeps setting off the alarm. They hardly ever respond, even with a call. Recently we asked for extra panels to be installed in our granny flat which we're letting. They quoted, took our money and have not come up with the goods despite numerous calls, promises etc.</p>
