Fidelity ADT is junk 🤮

This security company only cares when they take your money. Their system did not work as promised and there was a break-in in my house where some of my valuables got ******. The alarm went off as it's meant to. I received the call after the alarm as usual but armed response never went to check on my house. 12 hours later when I get home I discovered that there was a break-in and theft. I then pressed the panic button and the response officer arrived 23 minutes later. To cut the story short, now they are blaming loadshedding which the power had restored almost 1 hour before the alarm. They went as far as blaming the backup battery. How can you blame your system failure on a battery that is functioning well? Now that there is a claim you want to come up with stories that doesn't exist. You guys send technicians to my house without notifying me first. What are you trying to cover up? I want my assets replaced but you guys are silent and don't communicate at all I have to call you all the time. It's been almost 3 weeks and I'm the one who has to call all the time. This company is paying games 🤬😡
