FIDELITY ADT IS DISAPPOINTING

FIDELITY ADT deducted a yearly service fee for an inactive account. I have been contacting them so that they can pay back my money. I have been promised by Mr. Bailey that the money will be paid into my account, they are waiting for approval. I am waiting for my money since 1 April 2022. Phoning them is a nightmare because you must hold the line for long. This is unacceptable.
