Fidelity ADT is a ****

Fidelity ADT is now dragging their feet and telling me that the claim process takes long. They know that they ****ed up by not responding to an alarm activation where some items got ******. They don't communicate with me I have to always call them. They provided a *** service and now they are taking forever to conclude this issue. All I want is my TV, Laptop and Blender replaced since they didn't even attend to the alarm activation on the day of the theft. Now my neighbors are thinking of canceling their services saying that Fidelity ADT is useless. The way Fidelity ADT is handling this case just proves my neighbors right and now everyone is watching and waiting to see what'll happen to this case. Fidelity ADT, CAN YOU PLEASE REPLACE MY STUFF AND STOP DRAGGING THIS ISSUE.
