Fidelity ADT is a frustrating company to deal with [To say the least]

For Months I have been receiving emails & text messages from [LGR Attorneys], because Fidelity handed my account over [I don't owe ADT]. None of the contact people I was referred to have done anything or responded to my emails. I am just enduring harassment by the attorneys instructed by ADT for a fault of their own, and they're not bothered to remedy this mess.

I've emailed a few people and none of them have even responded to the emails. 1. Mfundo 2. Alicia Van Niekerk 3. Phoeba Kga****oe.

Calling customer services has not been helpful [details of Mfundo is all they could provide me with but not to stop the harassment.]
