Fidelity ADT ignores emergency alert twice after acknowledging and promising to send a van

My alarm went off showing a breach outside the parameter. Amrmed reaction never arrived despite calling to confirm if this was a real emergency. I.was assured the armed response vehicle is on the way. Called 30 min later and was told they are on the way. Help never arrived and all we could do was keep lights on and inform neighbors. Fidelity ADT collects heavy premiums monthly but don’t deliver. Imagine if trespassers had gotten into the house where wife and girl toddler were present. This is a horrible scenario and I am angry and after almost 7 years with them I will move to another provider for my family’s sake. If you have Fidelity ADT as a provider be worried.
