Fidelity - Adt comprimises safety to make a quick Buck

I took out a contract with ADT and im still waiting for feedback , WHY was my previous alarm system which was 2 years old replaced for the actual same system but power pack was downgraded and the installer went off with what was removed. Fidelity Adt - The people who are meant to take care of your Family Safety plays deaf when you complaint. No feedback from Management another year gone.
