Fidelity ADT Bad Customer Service

I’m currently having a bad experience with Fidelity ADT Security company. Poor customer service and they do not honour their promises and agreements.

Additional features were added without my knowledge. Monthly payment increased as result. The company said they will remove the features and refund me. The company said you will not pay for two months because we acknowledge that we have done you wrong.

But guess what 5 months later I am still affected….no resolution have been implemented.

My advice is do not join Fidelity ADT look for alternatives 🤞🏾🤞🏾

Fidelity ADT CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!
