Fidelity ADT are big ********!

It looks like this tug of war will never end with Fidelity ADT. (04-01-23) Fidelity ADT JHB: Fidelity-ADT attempted to make contact with you regarding your cancellation ,Please call *** ext. 4264 Raashida. On the 5th January I returned the call and was told Raashida was out of office and that they'll let her know that I called. I then received an email stating my outstanding payment of R1087. 33 which must be settled by the end of January. This is the amount I reversed from my account due debit orders that went out after my month's notice as stated on the contract but Fidelity-ADT failed to honour that part of their contract. After sending countless emails with no response. I honestly regret the day I signed up with this dishonest company. Why should I pay for the unused service? You came to my property to deactivate/uninstall your equipment. I have been through a lot in the past months I don't need this right now. This is too frustrating, stop robbing us. Please remove my account from your debit order list. How difficult is it to do that?
