Feel really ****med
I cannot believe I fell on the **** of Fidelity ADT security.
I really feel ****med as I have being taken back and forth just after paying them for installation of the alarm.
I was left on the phone like that to hold for them to get back until my R59 airtime went away....

08 Jul 2025, 16:19The only call for discussion I got was to confirm my payment which was already confirmed on the 07th July with a call also. And it's surprising how after you have taken my R600 and something of initiation fee still you insisted on 50% payment of installation then went QUIET WITH PROVIDING THE SERVICE!
For me that's ****ming if I have to be taken back n forth and remind you to do your job via Hellopeter and all you are interested in is to take my monies.
I regret my decision honestly
