Fedelity ADT Account reversed debit

I'm writting this review with a sad face.End of March 2025 I went to ADT Offices to get advice on my account as I was moving out on the house and the occupant was willing to take over my account for April 2025.The consultant (Simphiwe) at the time gave advise that I reverse my debit and gave the new occupant a 1 month free activation .I did as per advise and 3 months the line the credit controller kept on sending statements saying I'm owing and I went back to simphiwe and He rep**** by saying he forgot to let me that they was a debit delay on the occupants and resulted in my account not credit.I have been to branch and continuously ask for status on his work whats app number *** ,the guy is not bothered and my husband has went to the branch as well!The lack of professionalism and communication skills is costing me to deal with LGR Attorneys ,My account is handed to lawyers.
