Faulty system - DONT DO ADT ALARM SYSTEMS

I am absolutely fed up. I upgraded my alarm system last year and keep having endless issues with the system malfunctioning when i am away. Either the system they put in was damaged or their system is absolute ****!!! Since early this year the back up battery doesnt even last for 45 min when there is no power and mind you the system was installed last year. The alarm dies after 45 min and i come home to a dead alarm, this is really unexceptable. Utter ******* products! The point of an alarm system is peace of mind when you are away but i have anxiety coz 4 times i have been away since i have installed the alarm and all 4 times it malfunctioned. A newish alarm system should not have so many faults. And then they want to charge you a call out fee to fix their own mess! I have escalated my not working alarm this morning again and i want a technical manager to call me today. I also want a consultant to come and fix it today!
