Faulty equipment, not even a month after radio link installed!!!

I signed up through Warren Cerf on the 2nd of January. Installation was done a week later, so it's not even a month.

I've been getting smses telling me to test, today I test and got no sms or call.

I called the technical department and we tested it together and there is no signal. They are sending a technician on Thursday.

However now I'm being told there will be a call out fee of R200 odd. There was also mention of R530 out of warranty fee or something, I WAS NOT told of this, and it's unacceptable when the installation is hardly a month old.

Finally: As stated to your enquiry consultant and technical guy (Surname Radebe, call recording available), you can come and investigate what's wrong with the link equipment you installed, but you will NOT charge me. Else you can cancel and remove your radio link with immediate effect.

Also, what is this nonsense is this about a "balance of contract" in the event of cancellation, I told your Warren Cerf and consultant on a call that I wanted a month-to-month for this exact reason. So if I cancel I'm paying you absolutely nothing.

Oh and by the way. I have not seen your patrol cars in my street since signing up, not once.
