Faulty alarm systems installed

ADT installed faulty alarm system and beams in my house and left me hanging. I installed on 21 may 2018 and complained on that very day. The technician informed the sales man that he was now at a family function and will see me the next day but never came. Two days later they came and fixed some problems but not every thing. A week later I am left with an that goes off at random times and on Friday the 25th may the alarm did not stop and went off the whole day and evening. When I called the call center I was pushed from one person to another and then they hung up. I then called the sales person again who informed me that the technician will be coming but up to 10pm they never came back.
