Faulty alarm

Fitted alarm system last year Desember. Ever since we fitted the alarm system we have been getting faulty alarms. The came to fix it 3 times and still doing the same. We have lodge how many complaints but no results. ADT keep on promising that it will be fixed after they have been here but it keeps on being worse after they were here. Came to fix it today but the alarm went off 5 times since they left.
