Faulty alarm
Last we installed an alarm at our in Pietermaritzburg. A week later it started giving us problems, the kitchen door does not arm. We have reported this ADT several times and the promised to send a technician to fix problem. I we even went to ADT in Pietermaritzburg, and I was told they will contact the installer, and no one has contacted me yet. What is point of having an alarm that does not work.
