Fantastic service!

There was a problem with the alarm system and we kept getting calls for our alarm that was going off, even though it wasn't even armed (or plugged in at one stage). Two calls with Dane De Morney, and he quickly figured out what the problem could be and stopped the calls from coming through!

Dane saved my sanity, was patient, helpful, and friendly throughout and actually tried to help and went the extra mile before forcing the "you need a technician to fix this" some technical stuff just go to immediately.

Thank you so much, Dane, and I hope your bosses see and read this (again!!) and you get a fat bonus and increase!! We need more people like you in the customer service industry!!!
