Family member dead because of lies! Thank you ADT

11 Feb my parents in laws house was broken into.Alarmed armed&ADT didn't respond.Father in law contacted ADT when he arrived home&discovered house had been broken into.Prashan(technician) was dispatched.He claimed the alarm was working but the keypad needed to be replaced.The next day my father in law went out,on his return he discovered an intruder near the broken window.He pressed the panic button,it didn't go off.My mother in law pressed a different panic button,it didn't go off.In the meantime,my father in law ran after the intruder&in the process passed away.Our neighbour had to call ADT,they took their time,1 hour later they arrived.On Friday 13,we contacted Lawrence,explained the situation,asked for a techni to be sent out.No-one arrived even though Lawrence promised to expedite our complaint to management,he would follow up&send the techi.After many calls to ADT over the weekend.Monday,Denver(technician) arrived&he said there was a problem with the alarm.There was no signal from the radio pad to the watchroom.Why did Prashan lie to my parents in law?Since then,we have spoken to Mahen Govender,Marvin Pillay,Simon Sishi&Chris Naidoo.We were promised answers,to date,no answers
