False sales pitch and service
Worst service ever. What sales person said and what actually happens is like day and night different. Prices keep going up and after 5 false alarms they charge extra, nice to know you pay for a security service but you get limited as to how they protect you. My beam (pet friendly) keeps going off which triggers the alarm, but then they want to charge to come and set the beam again because my jack russels and the birds that fly into my yard triggers it. Wont recommend this excuse of a service provider to anyone.
