False representing Rental Agreement

When we had signed our contract with the sales rep, he offered us the agreement rent to buy.

He said we rent the equipment for 2 years and after 2 years the equipment becomes the owners.

When it came time to sign the agreement there was no option for rent to own. He then said the offices is redoing the agreements and will send us notification concerning this.

Two years after we called ADT and aapparently there is no option for rent to own. They got the rep to give us a call and he denied this, yet my husband and I both recall the conversation and reminded each other of the situation.

Stop giving people false information, and making a customer out as if they dumb.
