False invoicing and terrible service

I am receiving statements & invoices suddenly form Fidelity ADT. These statements are all in my name and connected to an address I stayed at 2 years ago, where I rented. I do not have an account with ADT and never had an account with them. I have phoned them several times, but they are not giving me any answers or resolving the issue, they cut the phone on me several times and just keep sending me invoices. Terrible service!!!!!
