False information given by sales staff

<p>I have been with adt for 3 months now, I was told by the saleman that my 1St month would be free and also that this is a month to month contract.my account was debited on the 1St month and I have problems with my radio from day 1. No response regarding the 1St month to be refunded and no response regarding the radio issue.i requested a cancellation to find out that this is a 24month contract and that the radio installed doesn't tell there call centre which zone is going off.it only sends radio signal.since when do you hear **** like that.I then tried to get hold of sales rep to find out that he no more wrks there because of the sales staff not being accredited. I would like adt to pls cancel my agreement with immediate affect pls or I will take this further</p>
