False Information

Adt contacted us and informed us that our house that we recently bought had a ADT rental system in and if we do not continue the services with ADT they will come and remove the system from our house. We originally wanted to go with ML based on our friends feedback and comments about ADT. We decided based on the info received from ADT to go with ADT as we did not want people in our house removing alarm systems and perhaps damaging our walls etc. Nolleen Tappin a sales consultant came to see us and completed our contract and said we will receive 2 free months payment. When my wife contacted ADT billing department to confirm the once off amount that was debited, ADT confirmed that system does not reflect the 2 free months. According to Nolleen Tappin they then rectified this for us. We asked for a technician to come out to our house to show us exactly how the system works. They informed us that this cannot be done after 17:00 so I then took off from work to be at the house on Monday the 3rd of Aug at 15.00.The ADT technician informed me that this is not an ADT system and that the system is a Chubb system. I feel that the info provided from ADT was **********. Today is the 12th Aug. <br>
