False alarms

A while ago I had outdoor beams installed. This necessitated the upgrading of my alarm system to accommodate the additional zones. From the beginning there were problems. The quality of the installation was absolutely horrific and numerous phone calls, e-mails and re-visits by the technician later, I finally gave up and accepted it. <br> The biggest problem that I am having since the installation, is false alarms. I get calls from ADT at all hours of the day and night telling me that there is an alarm activation but there is no indication of an activation on my system and also no audible alarm. The zones activated are either unknown or zones that are not in use. I have reported the problem to the technical dept on numerous occasions and I always get the same response. Log a call and we will charge you a call out fee to send out a technician to come and check. On Sunday, I was promised that the problem would be escalated and that someone would contact me first thing on Monday morning. I was even given a reference number. Needless to say, I am still waiting. On Wednesday, after the third supposed activation, I was asked if they should just ignore any future activations. At wits end.
