False Alarm

I'm a customer who pays a monthly subs to ADT, my alarm has been malfunctioning and giving false alarm and this is according to ADT Technical dept. strangely so during the day when it gives a false alarm or when I test it I get a call immediately but for the past two weeks I have realised that when there's a false alarm at night and when I test it ADT doesn't respond, they hide behind the signal and only at night, this morning at 03H20 a false alarm went on and as always no response I phoned in and was through to Pretoria office and they transferred me to JHB office and I had to wait forever and only to speak to a lady called Carlifornia who just said it's the signal. This morning at about 06H30 a false alarm went on and because the sun was out and it was not dark outside the response was immediate from Mandisa and she referred me to tech guy while I had requested for someone senior.<br> Last week ADT promised to send a technician at 09H00 because they said I'll be the 1st case attended to on the day and not even an apology from them but I had to call and find out and only to be told that he'll be at my place at about 10H00, I was gone already.<br> ADT is hiding behind the signal
