False Advertising - 2 months free??

On 31 March 2015 ADT installed an alarm system at my property. I was promised that I would get the first 2 months subscription free if I signed a 24 month contract. I signed a 24 month contract and to my surprise, at the beginning of April, I was charged a full month subscription.<br> ADT advertises the 2 month free offer on radio but it doesn't seem to be true.<br> On 13 April, I called ADT accounts department to have this matter rectified. I spoke to Girmina. She said that she would rectify the account<br> To date, I have been asking and \begging"for a statement to be sent to me to show that the problem has in deed been rectified and that my account is credited with the promised 2 months free\"".<br> I am still waiting for over 2 weeks for Girmina to get back to me to let me know that she has fixed the problem.<br> I am now considering cancelling my ADT contract since ADT is clearly in breach of the agreement.<br> I am really disappointed that it takes over 2 weeks to fix something so simple.
