**** ADT people phoning me

Twice this month I have had ADT phone me to say my alarm is going off when it hasn’t. The second time they did this, I phoned ADT and they said no one had phoned me. I will go into more detail when someone phones me but this makes me extremely uncomfortable as they have my details and I request that this be investigated, otherwise I have no option but to change companies
