Fais, NCA and CPA

My aunt has a contract with ADT. She is unemployed, hence they failed to do a proper assessment whether she would be able to pay her premium, as required in terms of Fais Act and NCA, the contract was signed at her home and not at the premises of ADT, as required by the NCA, they failed to show they are a registered Financial Service Provider in terms of Fais Act of 2002 and registration with the National Credit Regulator, in terms of the National Credit Act, they also failed to show that their representative was registered in terms of Fais Act and met the fit and proper requirements and their contract was in not in plain language and had fine print, in contravention of the NCA, these are just some of the contraventions which render any contract between them and my aunt which render the contract *******, they keep soliciting money from her by exploitation as she is unaware of her rights in terms of the Fais Act, National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act. This is worrying to the consumer who is not informed on terms of the Law and their rights.
