failure to end contract
I cancelled my contract with adt after much difficulty, and now they are still deducting the monthly subscription fee from my account.. I have received a confirmation of cancelation e-mail. But no...they have no record of it... this isnt even the first time there has wrongfully been money deducted from my account.. getting tired of this nonsense..really!!!
