Failure to Cancel Service
I asked that the security service be cancelled since 2014. It is about 2 years now that this company either take me through door to door or no one answers any of my call. The company has no culture of following up to the final and please the client. All I wish is for the service to be stopped since I requested and that I be refunded for the billing since then. Oh WHAT a SERVICE especially coming from a security company.
