Extremely poor service

<p>I am still waiting for the Technical manager to contact. A Tech was sent to fix my alarm, the one zone is still faulty, i was billed more than double to amount confirmed for the call out, further to this my 24 month contract ended a while ago and I have still not receievd the 2 free months promised to me. The call Centre promises to get back to me but never does.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get someone to contact me urgently. </p>
