EXTREMELY POOR ARMED RESPONSE...

We are away from home for a few days. My home security alarm triggered early this morning. ADT, went out and checked, but because the wall is slightly high, they only checked from the outside and left. Not making an attempt to even jump the wall to get inside. Is this what we pay for when we pay a security company month after month, to look after our security needs??? I have spoken to the ADT twice this morning saying that I am not there and they need to jump over the wall to make sure my property is safe and secure it. All that the ADT operators can say is \ the guard could not get entry to the property". My gate is only about 1.5 meters tall"
