EXTREMELY disappointed with ADT . Son attacked by dogs. Armed guards do NOTHING

ADT armed guards stood by and were amused as per 2 witnesses while my son was being attacked by two dogs outside our yard. I am an ADT customer who pays for ADT armed response for 2 properties in our area within 300m from each other AND I pay ADT for street patrol. When my son, and 2 ladies who assisted, chased the dogs away my son asked the 2 armed guards, who were within 15m of the incident, he was told by the one guard to F.....K off. I phoned ADT REPEATEDLY last night (first call at 17:27 pm) to TRY to speak to a manager. i could get NO manager on the line. An e mail was sent to a senior ADT person and whats apps sent to ADT LAST NIGHT. BOTH e mail and whats app were acknowledged as received. The FIRST correspondence from ADT was at approx 9:50 am this morning from Donavan Chetty Area manager who was largly unaware of the facts of the case and just made exceuses as to why he was uninformed. Also he called my son instead of myself. he also is UNAWARE that I AM the primary contact on my contract. Donavan Chetty Area manager committed to come back to me and STILL has not. It took OVER 16 hours for ADT to, inefficiently, respond to what i consider to be, a serious complaint. I am EXTREMELY dissapointed in ADT as my service provider of choice who I PAY to assist with my safety and security.
