Extremely bad service from ADT Security

Wow, extremely poor service from ADT in Eersteriver, Cape Town. My house were broken into and we have a ADT armed response vehicle seconds away from my house but ******s still manage to ***** from me. This happend a week ago. We have requested for a full detailed report and got send a silly 2 line report that states time of incident and no access to property. The ******* came through the front gate so how ADT does not have access to property i wouldn't know. We've asked again for a detailed report and got send the same thing. I've send another email yesterday then no one replies on my email. Question is how important is our lives for the fees we pay to get a service from ADT for safety. We might aswell cancel our service fee and just keep our alarm for the sound to maybe scare of the *******.
