Extremely bad service and no feedback

<p>A family member has passed away on the 15th of January.he lived in mafikeng and his second home is in lenasia. The emergency contact person for this home for approximately 20 years has been the deceased sister and brother in law</p> <p>Recently after he has passed away,his brother which lives in durban contacted Adt services and added his name to the emergency list and told Adt services not to let any family member enter the premesis ,why was this allowed ?</p> <p>Who gave authorisation for him to put his name on the emergency list if the deceased is no longer alive and why can't the family members that have been on the emergency list not enter the house</p>
