EXTRA CHARGES

<p>i'm with ADT from 2014 . In April this year I had problems with ********* 6 times . ADT NEVER SHOW UP IN TIME anything from 14 to 20 min. so by the time they get here, the ********* are long gone. When the ********* came at 3 in the morning the sensors went off and they ran away. Then I went on holiday to get away from break ins and ADT phone me , said they will not go out after the alarm went off again at 3 because they were already there 5 times in the month . so when i came back to PE, I went to the offices of ADT. first i spoke to 2 road seniors and ask them about the 5 times and they told me both it's not in PE . WE DON'T DO THE SAME AS IN CAPE TOWN. AGAIN I HAD PROBLEMS WITH ADT IN PATROLING AT NIGHT . so I went again to the offices and ask to speak to Mr Grootboom . He told me the same no extra charges in PE . IN FRONT of a witness and now they bill me for more than 5 times ( redicoulis 5 times for a whole month ) I feel it's unfair to be billed if they are not here in 5 min . when the sensors go off the ********* ran away meaning the time it took adt to get here no one would be here. so how is it fair to be billed for sensors . it's outside not false alarm. i'm happy to say i ended with ADT. THE managment ***********</p>
