Exploitation and lies

Fidelity ADT has been the security company for my property for a few years; however since 2019; there was break in; they claimed the sensors were not working properly. They upgraded the security at a hefty price; only to keep calling me during working hours and disrupting my work with claims that there were false alarms; even send response officers to the property when the system is disarmed , whilst I am doing the garden with similar claims. I consulted with the lawyers after they had sent several people to fix the security system; yet continuing to make the same claims. Currently ; they are refusing to give back the gate keys; although we have changed to a different service provider and they are still debiting. I spoke to Kgosi; who promised that they would refund me , but have not doe so. The reversal of the debits cause bank charges ad now the gate key , the officer says they use the same master key for all properties, yet when I called I was advise by Kgosi that I could get my keys back from the security officers.
