Exemplary Service

Hi, my name is Tye Pather. My mum Mrs. K. Pather has been a client of ADT in vanderbiljpark for the last 5 years. My parents are senior citizens and both of them have debilitating ailments that occasionally require them to need emergency medical assistance as well as security services. My experience with ADT within this area has been excellent, everyone from the highest management right through to the armed response officer have gone above and beyond to assist in every situation that they were alerted to and just this very week, we had a medical emergency and we needed assistance. The guards were on site in minutes and attended to the situation in a professional, courteous and super efficient manner. I would like to mention these gentlemens names as in my opinion they are exemplary examples of true compassion and efficient service, they are armed response officer Johan Wilkins and John Tshabala. They were on day shift when the incident occurred and attended to the alert both compassionately and effectively all whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service and to show how they go above and beyond, the next day when they were back on shift they dropped by in the morning just to see if everything was still OK. I would really like to commend these officers and the entire staff compliment of the vanderbiljpark ADT office for their continued exemplary service because in todays society it is truly rare. Thank you very much for all that you have have done and continue to do, you are appreciated!
