Excessive call out fees and extremely poor customer service

There should be a zero rating for this company. They are cheating us out of money. - I am struggling with an automated system which does not work. Even if i put in the right or wrong password, they send out a security guard. - I am being billed every month for Excessive armed response, even when I ask them not to come when loadshedding starts or ends(I know my battery is broken) - I have been told by one of the security guards that other people s have the same problem, and they don't get forced callouts - I was promised that they will sort it out, but no reply - trying to cancel this service with great difficulty
