Excellent Service
I have booked for an alarm service as I had a few zones which I had to bypass every time because they were faulty. I would like to thank the two technicians, Patrick and Mbuso based in New Germany in Durban for advising me that I need an upgrade and they came to do it on 9/09/2020. Their service was excellent from the time of advice, to the installation and after installation service where they had to call me everyday to find out if all is in order. Now my alarm is tops, as I can also control it remotely from the app.
We always complain when there are problems but I said let me take time to appreciate a great service from the company and the two technicians.
