EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRIDGET MOTSHEPE

I would like to compliment Bridgette Motshepe, a Credit Controller at ADT for an outstanding service she offered. I have high walls and wanted to grant ADT access to my yard should anything happen and asked them to install the app to my phone. I was given a quote and told to pay upfront which I did and unfortunately the technician couldn't do it because I am using the old system. This happened in December and I was told that they would refund. I phoned several times and was sent from pillar to post without any help. I was about to go there and cause havoc but luckily the person who responded to my email was Bridgette and was so polite and understanding unlike the other consultants. She did all she could to ensure that I get my refund and would like to thank her for this excellent service and hope that ADT recognizes her professionalism in treating customers.
