Excellent response from ADT reaction officers

There was a security incident at my property on Saturday. I pressed my panic button and then called the emergency number to indicate that there was an issue, ADT sent out a reaction officer within a few minutes. Shortly after that, the reaction officer called for more officers and three more officers came. I then asked if one of them could stay until SAPS arrived. One of the reaction officers remained , and the other 3 left, but I was told that the 3 that left would be in the immediate vicinity should their backup be required. Once SAPS arrived, the remaining officer spoke to SAPS about his observation and left only once SAPS took over the matter. I must commend all of the reaction officers that arrived on scene to deal with the issue. The show of force from ADT was truly impressive and I can see why 90% of the houses in my area have ADT signs on their houses.
