everyone is hiding at ADT

i have been logging a fault since Tuesday for a technician to be sent out asap as the problem is very serious.<br> every time they ask me if i am calling from PTA or JHB? how can these people expect to deliver security services without knowing where their clients are based. i have logged a call every day since Tuesday and every time they say that they are sending an email to the correct person. when i got fed up today, and asked to speak to the technical manager the operator hung up the phone. when i phoned back and asked to speak to the same operator nobody knew whom i was talking about (Amanda). they say that they are friendly call agents but they are lying. they give you the feeling as if they have better things to do than to help you.<br> <br> i don't know what else to do because we have been with them just over a month and the service is totally ridiculous. someone must fix this asap otherwise we get a company that protects you and not exploits you.
