EVEN THE MD DOES NOT KEEP HIS WORD

I spoke to Clive Humphrey some 3 weeks ago and he committed to arrange for a number of items to be done due to the fact that the security on my house and factory where not being correctly monitored or in the case of an activation my properties not be checked<br> <br> I have phone left messages, my wife has phone and left messages, we have spoken to area managers, even the guards in the cars yet Mr Humphrey still does not return my calls.<br> <br> One of the items requires Mr Humphrey personal attention but he has done nothing about it or even had the common decency, etiquette, or decorum to come back to me<br> <br> You try and speak to him and get pushed from pillar to post, its impossible to speak to his PA as she is never at her desk, I have a list of names I have spoken too and left messages with, but yet Mr Humphrey does not come back to me<br> <br> YET AS SURE AS GOD MADE LITTLE CHILDREN THE MONEY GOES OFF MY ACCOUNT, THIS THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT AT<br> <br> BUT WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR EVEN PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY CHARGE FOR THEY MUST BE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST<br> <br> GUARANTEED THAT I WILL GET ALL SORTS OF PEOPLE CONTACTING ME ABOUT THIS BUT AS USUAL IT WILL BE ALL LIP SERVICE .<br> <br>
